Returns & Exchanges

At Moon Behind the Hill, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original designer tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
